About Interwest

Experience You Can Build On

Since 1997, Interwest has provided communications, network, security, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems for organizations throughout the Inland Northwest.

From new construction and major infrastructure upgrades to individual service calls, our work can be found in schools and universities, healthcare facilities, laboratories, government buildings, utilities, industrial environments, and commercial facilities across Eastern Washington, Western Idaho, and Northeast Oregon.

Nearly 30 years later, our focus remains straightforward: do quality work, build systems that perform reliably, and be there when our customers need us again.

Built on Long-Term Relationships

The best measure of our work isn't simply how many projects we've completed. It's how often customers ask us to come back.

Interwest has worked with Richland School District since 1997 and Washington State University since 1999. Other customer relationships have grown from individual service calls into years of installations, additions, upgrades, and ongoing support.

Those relationships have helped Interwest complete more than 1,500 installations and serve more than 32 school districts throughout the region.

Nearly 30 Years of Communications & Low-Voltage Experience

Interwest's experience spans structured cabling and fiber optics, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, intercom and paging, audio/visual, and other communications infrastructure.

Our team has completed projects in education, healthcare, government, research, utilities, industrial environments, and commercial facilities—from new installations and major renovations to infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, additions, and ongoing service.

That breadth gives our team an understanding not only of individual systems, but of the larger facility environment in which those systems need to work.

Our Team

Interwest's work is supported by experienced project managers, site supervisors, licensed low-voltage technicians, communications technicians, and support staff.

Our leadership team brings decades of technical, project, management, and customer-service experience to the company.

Joe is particularly passionate about seeing technology brought to life—taking the cabling, electrical, communications, and low-voltage systems that often go unnoticed and turning them into working infrastructure that people rely on every day. Just as important to him are the relationships Interwest has built with its employees, customers, and project partners over the years.

Originally from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, fishing, hunting, hiking, and aviation.
